As soon as possible! Many of our customers reserve weeks or months in advance.

​Do I have to set-up the equipment?

All rentals include delivery, set-up, take down, and removal.

How many children can play in a bouncer at one time?

Typically 6 to 12.

​What happens if it rains?

​If rain is predicted on the day of your rental you will be given the option to cancel your rental or reschedule at no cost. However, if you pick up the equipment or it is delivered to you there are no refunds. 

Upon what areas should the units be set-up?

Our units can be set-up on grass, concrete, and indoor floors. The area should be free of any debris.

What are the power requirements?

All equipment requiring electricity should be within 100 feet of a standard residential power (120 volts). Power cords and extensions are included in the rental price.

How do I reserve? ​

Please call Carnival Land to check availability or send an email through this website. We will check availability of your requested equipment. A deposit of $20.00 will reserve your equipment for your event and goes towards the total amount. The remaining amount should be paid before or when we arrive at your event.  

How much electricity does the inflatable use?

The blower runs continuously and uses approximately 16 cents of electricity per hour, utilizing less energy than most household appliances.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Deposits are refundable if you cancel your event 7 days prior to the scheduled date.

​What form of payment do you accept?

​ We accept all major credit cards, business or personal checks, and cash.
